Sarah Pozzi always had a keen curiosity about the law. Originally from the Seattle, Washington area, she recalls growing up talking through basic litigation issues with her dad. After pursuing her law degree at the University of Oregon, Sarah quickly became excited to explore another Pacific Northwest state, and made Oregon her home. In her free time, Sarah enjoys PB&Js and Fritos on summits and ridgelines, skiing, and scouting new running routes in eager anticipation of the annual Hood to Coast relay race.
Practice & Experience
Sarah is a civil litigator who enjoys concentrating on insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice, and general liability claims.
Prior to joining Bodyfelt Mount in 2017, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Karsten H. Rasmussen, Presiding Judge of Lane County Circuit Court. There, Sarah analyzed discovery disputes and procedurally complex motions before the court. She counts herself as fortunate to have also served as a civil procedure tutor for first-year law students, as well as a judicial extern in U.S. District Court for the Honorable Michael McShane.
