Bodyfelt Mount's "Bod Squad" ran Hood to Coast again for the second year in a row. Clients and friends flew in from all over the county to join Vicki Smith, Sarah Pozzi, Jamie Azevedo and Gretchen Miller for grueling middle-of-the-night runs, long van rides, aching muscles and, of course, unforgettable camaraderie. Though many started out as mere acquaintances, everyone left as friends and with the unbreakable bond of teammates.
Starting at Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood, the race spans 199 miles to the finish line in Seaside, Oregon. This year the team completed the course in just over 30 hours, placing 437th out of 1200 teams.
The Bod Squad is grateful to all those who participated and cheered the team on, and especially thankful for the hard work of volunteers Skip Winters and Jamison McCune. Here's to doing it all over again next year!
